Standard production turnaround is approximately one business day after usable artwork is approved. Artwork problems, missing files, weekends, holidays, unusually large orders, or required customer responses may delay production. We do not guarantee same-day shipping or delivery.
Production cannot begin until usable artwork has been received. If artwork is missing, low quality, or unclear, we will attempt to contact you — orders awaiting a customer response may be paused.
Custom and personalized orders may be canceled without penalty only before production has begun. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Optional artwork services (background removal, basic cleanup, low-resolution review, gang-sheet arrangement, rush processing) may extend processing time. See our Artwork Requirements page for file guidelines.
