What is a DTF transfer?
A DTF transfer is a full-color printed heat transfer with adhesive already applied. It can be pressed onto compatible garments using a heat press.
Are shirts included?
No. Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, our products are transfers only.
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is one large print area containing several individual designs. Combining designs on one sheet can reduce printing costs and material waste.
Can I upload different designs?
Yes. Customers may place multiple different designs on one gang sheet.
Can I repeat one design?
Yes. Use the duplicate tool inside the gang sheet builder.
Do you cut the transfers?
Transfers may arrive on one continuous sheet unless cutting is specifically included or purchased.
Can I use Canva?
Yes, but the final file must match the purchased sheet dimensions and should be exported at the highest available quality. A transparent background is preferred when appropriate.
Will you resize my artwork?
Customers control sizing inside the builder. Print-ready gang sheets are printed at the submitted dimensions. Custom transfer products are printed according to the size selected during ordering.
What size should I order?
Pocket or sleeve: 3–4 inches. Toddler: 4–5 inches. Youth: 5–7 inches. Adult: 9–11 inches. Large adult: 11–12 inches. Oversized: 12–14 inches.
What fabrics can I use?
DTF transfers are commonly used on cotton, polyester, and many cotton-polyester blends. Customers should test specialty or sensitive fabrics.
Can I use a household iron?
A commercial heat press is strongly recommended. Household irons may not provide even temperature or pressure.
How fast will my order be produced?
Standard production turnaround is approximately one business day after usable artwork is approved. Production time does not include shipping time.
Can you fix my artwork?
Optional artwork services may be available for background removal, basic cleanup, resolution review, or gang-sheet arrangement.
Who is responsible for copyright permission?
The customer is responsible for confirming ownership or permission to reproduce uploaded artwork.
