These Terms of Service govern your use of the Phresh Press Transfers website and your purchase of products from our store.
Products
Phresh Press Transfers sells ready-to-press DTF heat transfers, custom transfers, gang sheets, and related products. Unless a listing states otherwise, garments are not included — products are transfers only.
Artwork Submissions
By submitting artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, as described in our Artwork Ownership Policy. We may decline to print artwork that infringes third-party rights. Payment does not guarantee that submitted artwork will be accepted for production.
Production & Orders
Standard production turnaround is approximately one business day after usable artwork is approved; this does not include shipping time. We do not guarantee same-day shipping or delivery. See our Custom Order Policy and Shipping Policy for details.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Phresh Press Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
