Custom DTF Heat Transfer – Upload Your Design

Turn your artwork into a vibrant, ready-to-press custom DTF transfer.

Upload your design, choose the printed width and quantity, and we’ll produce a full-color transfer with white ink and adhesive already applied. No cutting, vinyl weeding, or transfer masking is required.

DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, and many cotton-polyester blends, including both light and dark garments.

• 3–4 inches: pocket or sleeve
• 5 inches: toddler
• 6–7 inches: youth
• 8 inches: medium
• 9–10 inches: adult
• 11–12 inches: large adult
• 14 inches: oversized

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your desired transfer width.
2. Choose the quantity.
3. Upload your artwork.
4. Add any artwork notes.
5. Confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce the design.
6. Add the product to your cart and complete checkout.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

• PNG format preferred
• Transparent background preferred
• 300 DPI recommended at final print size
• Upload the original artwork file whenever possible
• Avoid screenshots and compressed social-media images
• Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated
• Black, white, or colored backgrounds included in the file will print
• Artwork is printed as submitted unless an artwork service is purchased

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard production turnaround is approximately one business day after usable artwork is received and approved.

Missing files, low-resolution artwork, background issues, customer revisions, weekends, holidays, or unusually large orders may delay production.

PRESSING

Pre-press the garment for approximately 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Position the transfer and press using the time, temperature, pressure, and peel instructions included with your order. Cover and repress for approximately 5–10 seconds.

A commercial heat press is recommended. Household irons are not recommended.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Wait approximately 24 hours before washing
• Wash inside out in cold water
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Avoid fabric softener
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over the design

ARTWORK OWNERSHIP

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to reproduce it.

We may reject artwork containing unauthorized copyrighted characters, trademarks, professional sports logos, designer branding, celebrity images, or other protected material.

CUSTOM PRODUCT NOTICE

Custom transfers cannot usually be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after production begins. Verified printing defects or production errors may qualify for a reprint.
