WHAT YOU RECEIVE

• 1 custom illustrated graphic based on your idea
• 2 rounds of revisions
• Final artwork delivered as a print-ready PNG, 300 DPI, transparent background
• File sized and ready to submit to our Custom DTF Heat Transfer listing for printing

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add this listing to your cart and complete checkout.
2. We'll follow up by email with a short design questionnaire (theme, colors, text, style references).
3. You'll receive an initial concept based on your brief.
4. Request up to 2 rounds of revisions.
5. Once approved, you'll receive the final print-ready file — ready to upload to our Custom DTF Heat Transfer product to have it pressed.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A description of what you want (theme, characters, mood, occasion)
• Any text or wording to include
• Preferred colors or style (or tell us to have creative freedom)
• Any reference images you like

REVISIONS

2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revision rounds beyond that are $8 each.

TURNAROUND TIME

Initial concept is typically delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire. Revision turnaround is typically 1–2 business days per round.

PAIRS WITH

Once you have your final artwork file, submit it through our Custom DTF Heat Transfer – Upload Your Design listing to have it printed and pressed.

USAGE RIGHTS

Once final files are delivered and paid for, you own the rights to use the artwork for personal and commercial purposes, including on products you sell.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We design original artwork only. We can't recreate or closely imitate copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, professional sports branding, celebrity likenesses, or other protected material.

This is a custom design service. Once an initial concept has been delivered, this purchase can't be canceled or refunded. If you're not satisfied after your included revisions, let us know — we want you to love your design.
